After you’ve booked your session, you'll receive an email confirming your booking, and then a few days before your journey you'll receive another email with all the information you'll need to get the most out of your journey - whether it’s online or in person.
3-5 journeys done over a period of 2-4 months will dramatically help you to calm the noise, access clarity and begin to see your life with new perspective.
Immediately - you’ll likely feel a sense of lightness, clarity, inner knowing, self awareness, confidence and relief from the inner critic. This feeling generally lasts between 3-7 days. What’s happening behind the scenes is that your subconscious is beginning to see your world through a different lens.
Short Term - Without necessarily even realizing it, you begin to respond to your life differently, subconsciously applying the insights you gained during your journey. Creativity flourishes, motivation increases and interpersonal relationships feel less burdensome. And you’ve only just scratched the surface. To continue the process of allowing and get to the stage of noticeable, tangible change in your life, a next breathwork journey 2-4 weeks after your first one is recommended. You’ve opened the door, now it’s time to start walking through it.
Mid Term - After 3-5 sessions done in reasonably quick succession, the world begins to open and you start to actively unfold from the stuck-ness. You’ve arrived at a place of knowing, of self acceptance and you feel a new belonging and purpose in your life. The worries that plagued you have begun to dissipate and you’re now beginning to understand why you’re here, and have the motivation and clarity to put it into action.
Long Term - With a refresher journey 2-4 times a year, you’ve walked past the door that you opened and now you’re standing in the garden, marveling at the beauty of life and yearning for even more knowledge about who you really are. Continuing with journeys every once in a while will ensure you maintain that momentum of developing self awareness, setting you on a path of your own design, in control and confident.

Activating Transformational Breathwork uses a form of conscious connected breathing which can increase heart rate and blood pressure, so the following are considerations before beginning a journey: high blood pressure, heart conditions, lung conditions & heavy medication which alters your brain chemistry.
Prior to booking your first session with me, you’ll need to fill in an Intake Form which will help me understand any health considerations you may have so we can ensure Transformational Breathwork is right for you.
We also run down-regulating Breathwork Journeys which use calming, nervous system regulating techniques which are suitable for everyone. You'll find these listed here as they become available.
Transformational Breathwork journeys are only available for ages 18+.
However, we do run a session called 'Self Mastery & Enoughness' which is suitable for all ages. Keep your eye on the site for when it becomes available, or follow on instagram to stay updated.
We also run annual breathwork programs for children & teens - teaching them how to breathe for health & emotional regulation, and including short, child-friendly journeys. Keep your eye out for these, or send an email to erin@thebreathplace.com to express interest in the next one.
